2nd Year Culinary Arts Capstone Project

2nd-year students in our Culinary Arts program recently showcased their skills through a capstone event project. From concept to completion, students planned and executed a full dining experience by creating the theme, designing the menu, setting the tables, preparing and serving a delicious four-course meal, and providing professional hospitality service throughout the event. This hands-on project highlighted their creativity, teamwork, culinary techniques, and event management skills while giving them real-world industry experience.
